He's portrayed in the anime as young and ambitious, willing to do almost anything to get higher. And get high...
He does look like a stoner, doesn't he?
His father was a successful politician and there are rumors that Lee killed his own father to gain more power.
He's good friends with Bob, and willing to get his hands dirty, and he's not afraid to use a weapon. In fact he's quite
the killer/martial artist. He is very well trained.
And, just for the hell of it, he is currently #3 in the "hottest guys in Gungrave", behind...who else? Bob Poundmax and
Big Daddy. Cause there is nothing hotter than fat and old people. Ha cha! (Actually, it's Brandon and Bunji, but shhh...)

Lee's the second real boss. He's not terribly hard, but can be a pain.
He appears in OD, fused with Bob and Bear...
In the anime, he still looks high. Apparently, he has ties to the Lightning Group.
In fact, he is the brother of their leader, Cannon Vulcan.
He tries to kill Harry for Vulcan, until Harry convinces him otherwise. So, with Harry, they kill
Vulcan. They go on to bigger and better things. Until Grave kills them. But you knew that, right?
